International Customers & Retailers
Your shipping is automatically calculated based on the weight of the products
you are purchasing.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, and Military Addresses are sent
Priority Mail.
Orders shipped outside the US are sent International Airmail.

Orders Outside the US
If you live outside the United States of America your shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs charges when your package reaches your country. It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay for these charges. The Electric Quilt Company will not be responsible for paying these charges, and we do not charge you for these fees when you place your order. Please check with your local customs office regarding charges as every country has its own rules and regulations.
Shipping Notes
Please note, if you choose a shipping option that you are not eligible for based upon your location or purchases, our Sales department may have to change your shipping choice which could increase your shipping costs.
When Your Order Will Be Shipped
Orders placed after 9am Eastern will be processed on the next business day.
If you require Next Day or 2nd Day shipping and it is between 9am-1pm Eastern,
Monday-Friday, we can still send your order out that day only if your phone or fax us.

International Customers (except Canada)
Shipping one EQ6, EQ6 Upgade, EQ7 or EQ7 Upgrade Internationally
If you order one copy of EQ6, the EQ6 Upgrade, EQ7, or the EQ7 Upgrade only (no other products), the shipping charge will be added as follows:

Shipping Anything Else Internationally
If you are not ordering EQ6, the EQ6 Upgrade, EQ7, or the EQ7 Upgrade, or any other product is included in your EQ/EQ6 Upgrade/EQ7/EQ7 Upgrade order, then the shipping costs for your international order must be calculated individually. We will email you with your order total. Your order will not be finalized, charged or shipped until you approve it.
At checkout, please choose the Overseas Customers shipping option under "Ship via:". This amount will list ($0.00) on your initial order. After approval from you, we will add the cost of shipping to your order. Everything will appear as one charge on your credit card bill.
Wholesale Orders
Shipping costs for wholesale orders will be calculated individually.
Please submit your online orders through your online EQ Retailer Account (EQRA). If you do not have an online username and password assigned, please contact our sales department to receive yours. Wholesale orders may also be emailed, faxed, or called in.
Special Offers with Free Standard Shipping
From time to time we offer a special on a specific product that includes free standard shipping on your entire order of books and software. If your order qualifies for the free shipping, you should choose the special offer shipping method from the drop-down box at checkout.
If you are in the United States and would like a faster shipping method but qualify for the free standard shipping, you will need to pay the difference between standard and either Next Day or 2nd Day Air. Your web order will show the regular cost of the faster shipping method, but our sales department will deduct the amount of standard shipping to give you a reduced shipping rate.
