Returns and Exchanges

In general, software is not returnable once it has been opened.

Products purchased directly from The Electric Quilt Company may be returned in the following cases:

  • Unopened software that is in resalable condition may be returned for the purchase price, less a 10% restocking charge. Contact Customer Service at 1-800-356-4219 or customerservice@electricquilt.com for a return authorization.
  • If a product you receive is damaged, contact Customer Service at 1-800-356-4219 or customerservice@electricquilt.com, and we will arrange to replace it for you.
  • If you have problems installing or running software, contact Technical Support at 419-352-1134 or techsupport@electricquilt.com. Our support staff will either solve the problem you are having or authorize a refund.

Feel free to call 1-800-356-4219 if you have any questions about our return policy. Bottom line is...we want you to be happy.

 

If your Electric Quilt products were purchased from another retailer, you need to contact the seller for return or exchange.
